India did not allow journalists to question Modi-Biden

Journalists who went to India with US President Joe Biden on the occasion of the G-20 summit were not given the opportunity to perform their duties properly.

Despite repeated requests from the US administration to increase the opportunities for journalists to perform their duties, the two leaders were not given the opportunity to question the meeting between President Biden and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This information was informed by the White House last Thursday evening.

Modi met with Biden at the Indian Prime Minister’s residence in New Delhi on Friday night. The day before, US National Security Advisor Jack Sullivan gave this information in response to reporters’ questions.
